Dr. Lizaan Scholtz established her solo practice in 2024, forming part of a respected group practice that includes three other general practitioners. Her practice is renowned for providing personalized care through a holistic approach, addressing each patient's concerns with meticulous attention and compassion.

Dr. Scholtz completed her MBChB degree at the University of the Free State in 2016. Following her internship and community service, she worked as a medical officer in the public sector for two years, gaining valuable experience in family medicine, psychiatry, and emergency care. During this time, she earned a Diploma in HIV Management with distinction from the College of Medicine of South Africa.

Through guidance from God, Dr. Scholtz realized her calling to work with people every day. As a dedicated doctor, she lives out this calling by treating patients with utmost care and commitment. Drawing from her extensive experience across various disciplines in the public sector, she decided to utilize her expertise to provide the best possible care to her patients. She cherishes the continuity of care that private practice offers, allowing her to build lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Dr. Scholtz is most passionate about working with people and believes that with the right lifestyle modifications, many conditions can be treated and prevented. She has a special interest in children's health, women's health, and infectious diseases, but she treats all general medical conditions for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
